Mr Ostrer was admitted to practice law in 1977 and opened his Orange County office in 1986, which operated until recently under the name Benjamin Ostrer & Associates, P.C. Over the years, Ben Ostrer has handled a number of high profile cases, and he and his associates have earned a reputation for always putting their clients first. Ben has vigorously represented people from all walks of life who have been confronted with criminal charges. He has served his clients and his community since 1977. He is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts. He currently serves as attorney for the Villages of Harriman and Monroe. Attorney Ostrer is also a Director of the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. A former linebacker for an undefeated Lambert Bowl winning Alfred University football team, his drive and attention to tasks have served his clients well.
