Orange County Indictment 2009- 145 Stewart Rosenwasser obtained the dismissal of A-1 Felony charges based upon the improper use of a GPS device to track the defendant without a warrant. Indictment # 703-2008 David Hoovler of Ostrer Rosenwasser LLP secured dismissal of indictment for B Felony Sexual Abuse and related charges based upon the District Attorney's failure to advise the Grand Jury that the alleged minor victim had denied any misconduct to County Investigators. November 18, 2008 People v. Chris S. Indictment # 531-2008 David Hoovler of Ostrer Rosenwasser LLP obtained dismissal of all charges against local man. Hoovler successfully asserted the Grand Jury had not been properly instructed with respect to the location of the car in the defendant's driveway. March 10, 2008 People v.
