1. Take 17E to Exit 126 (Chester). At end of ramp, make left onto NYS Route 94.
2. At the traffic light continue straight on Route 94 also identified as Academy Ave.
3. Continue to Stop Sign and turn left continuing on Route 94 which is now also labeled as Main Street.
4. Go about 200 feet and the office is on your right side. The driveway is marked by a small sign and two stone pillars and is located just before the Main Street and Elm Street intersection.
