1. Take 84 West towards Middletown. Take Exit 4E (New York) on to Route 17E.
2. Take 17E to Exit 126 (Chester). At top of ramp, make left onto NYS Route 94).
3. At the traffic light continue straight on Route 94 (a.k.a. Academy Ave.) to stop sign.
4. Make left at stop continuing on Route 94 (also labeled Main St.)
5. Go about 200 feet and the office is on your right side. Just before the Main street and Elm Street intersection.
